Yes we are. We carry general commercial liability, cargo, and commercial auto insurances. You can also download and view our certificate of insurance. Youngstars also offers a limited reimbursement for items damaged during a move. Please Terms of Services for more details.
Youngstars is an all round Moving Company. We pride ourselves in our flexibility, and ability to cater for any kind of move. Whether you are moving your entire household from location A to B; local or long distance, just need help moving a heavy couch upstairs within your home, rearranging your garage and need an extra set of hands, need help loading/unloading your moving truck, or just bought new furniture and need them delivered to your home. Yes we do. Any move with a moving distance beyond 50 miles is considered a long distance move. If you are moving from one city to another more than 50 miles away, or from Texas to other States, Please send us an email at [email protected], or fill out our contact form with a short discription about your move and one of our agents will reach out to you with a quote. You can also give us a call at 1(972)803-7186 and one of our agents can prepare you an estimate within 3 minutes.

Our full service move come with a crew size of your preference and based on job size, packing & unpacking help if needed, and a fully equipped truck.

Our trucks come equipped with; 30-60 moving blankets/furniture pads, Appliance dolly, 2 -wheel hand truck/dolly, 4-wheel dolly, tools, straps, shrink wrap, and movers/clear tape.

Yes we do. If all you need is packing help, we can send you a crew size best on your preference and job size. Most customers provide packing supplies but if need we can provide supplies at an additional cost. Please see services for more details and pricing.

No we don’t. Our prices are set, hourly with a 2 hours minimum.

Younstars never leaves job site unless the customer agrees to it, and/or the job is complete. After the 2 hours, you time will be prorated at a 30 minutes increment.

We accept cash, Venmo, Cash app, all major debit/credit cards, paypal, and square.

Yes, our clock starts when we arrive at your address, or pick up location, and stops when we finish unloading at location 2, or when the job is complete.

Yes, all our movers have the tools and know how to help with furniture assembly and disassembly. If the furniture requires more instructions your movers will ask and if provided they are more than happy to help.

All IKEA furnitures need to be disassembled by the customer before the move. Our movers will be happy to move them without breaking them down, or even break them down for you but will not be resposible for any damages that may result in the process. Yes we do disconnect and reconnect washers, dryers, and refrigirators, unless they require special instructions then we will advice on getting a specialist do it.

Yes we do move TVs. We recommend getting a specialist to help with mounting and unmounting TVs from the walls, or doing it yourself. Our crews can sometimes offer to help with unmounting, at the customer’s expense. Please see Terms of service for more details.
The crew size is usually determined based on your move size and how much time you have to get it done. The larger the crew size the faster the move gets completed. The weight of the items to be moved is also something to keep in mind when deciding on crew size. Please see terms of service for our recommendations.
Yes you can give a tip to your movers. You can give tips in cash, or whichever means of payment you choose for your move.
All damages are required to be reported before the movers leave site, or recorded with customer initials on the paperwork before signing. Youngstars will not be help responsible for any damages that were not documented nor reported prior to movers departing from the customers location, after the move is completed!
